Fit Camp 

Welcome to the FitCamp Team!
FitCamp is a group fitness class that brings like-minded people together to get strong healthy and fit both physically and mentally.

What to Expect

• You are going to have fun by working out with a great team of encouraging people.
• Each class is different and we focus on progressing through each class so you get stronger, leaner, fitter and healthier.
• You will get a sweat on!
• Everyone goes at their own pace and fitness level. If you are a beginner exercises are modified to adapt to your needs so please go at your own pace.
• Class styles range from HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Strength Training (using Barbells, Dumbells, Circuit Training (using lots of different equipment from slam balls to med balls, resistance bands) Core mat work and lots of challenges along the way.

• Wednesday 2 Feb and last class is Monday 28th Feb
• Monday 7:30pm –8:15pm
• Wednesday 7:30pm –8:15pm

What to bring:

  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated,
  • completed Health Screening Form otherwise arrive early and complete before class.


Each block is pre-paid in advance and this confirms your place.
