This class focuses on an overall body workout, suitable for all fitness levels, starting with warm up, stretches, increasing the heart rate gradually to a higher intensity cardio style, combining body resistance and finishing with a core blast. No experience necessary, each class varies using minimal equipment.
Each class runs over 6 week cycles, 3 classes per week, however you can join anytime. Combined with a healthy balanced food plan, you are guaranteed results.
