Fit Personal Training 60mins

Personal consultation, one on one, is available to you in conjunction with the group fitness classes. Book a consultation in total confidence with your trainer to discuss your goals. During this time, we will complete a physical analysis and a postural assessment.

A food plan will be introduced gradually once a food diary has been noted so we can see where is necessary to make changes. Your goals and target will be discussed so we can reach an agreed plan together.
